Enrollment Requirements
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Have completed high school, GED, or a higher level of education.
* Access to a computer with front camera for online class and final exam.
* To access the national certification exam you will need a government issued ID.

- Access to National Performance Specialist (NPS) study guides and content review to prepare for the National Certification Exam.

Our course is fast paced and content heavy. We believe that great clinical skills can be achieved in the course timeframe, but we expect our students to preserve a good learning environment to make every minute count.
* Students are expected to wear long pants and closed shoes. Scrubs are optional but not required.
* Students are expected to be well hydrated and have eaten prior to each class.
* Students are expected to bring their own lunch. There will be a 30 minute break.
* Students are expected to have proper behavior and respect for each other at all times during the course.
* Students are expected to attend the classes and be on time. Missing a class might result in failing the course. If the student is not able to attend, contact the instructor immediately.
* Students are expected to put in extra hours to study for the National Certification Exam. We will provided the study guides, content and practice exams.
* Students are expected to read the class rules before taking the course.
Our course will have mannequins to practice venipuncture as an introduction to learn how to use a needle. Then, we will practice supervised live sticks among the group of students, instructor and volunteers. This is with the purpose of completing the required stick count to obtain the National certification.
* Consent will be signed prior to the class.
* Students are expected to inform the instructor if they have a history of Trypanophobia (fear to needles), low blood pressure, low blood sugar, syncope or fainting before class.
The National Certification Exam is provided by NPS and any matter regarding with the exam will be managed with them.
* Extra attempts cost are covered by the student and are not included in the course. Only one exam attempt is covered.

Return and Refund Policy
We offer a refund when is requested a week prior to the first class. Any refund request outside of the established timeframe will not be processed. For 1-on-1 training only, payment in full must be received anytime before the first class. In order to request a refund, please contact us at info@betterphlebs.com.
